We offer annual maintenance services for both A/C units and hot water heaters to keep your RV systems running at their best. Regular upkeep not only extends the lifespan of these components, but also enhances energy efficiency, ensures consistent performance, reduces the risk of unexpected breakdowns, and helps you avoid costly repairs down the road.

Cool Air Shield: (starting at $250 for first unit, $100 for each additional unit)

• Inspect and Clean A/C Filters - remove and clean or replace air filters for proper airflow
• Inspect and Clean Evaporator and Condenser Coils - remove dirt, debris, and buildup to maintain cooling efficiency
• Check Fan Motor and Blades - inspect for damage, balance and proper operation
• Inspect Electrical Connections - check for loose, corroded, or damaged wires and terminals
• Test Capacitors and Relays - verify proper function of capacitors and electrical components
• Inspect Thermostat Operation - ensure thermostat is accurate and responsive
• Check A/C Shroud and Seal - look for cracks or damage that could allow water intrusion or reduce efficiency
• Inspect and Clean Drainage System - clear clogged condensate drains to prevent interior water leaks
• Inspect Roof Sealant Around A/C Unit - look for cracks or gaps that could lead to leaks
• Test Unit Performance - verify cooling efficiency, airflow, and system responsiveness
• Lubricate Moving Parts - for units with accessible lubrication points

Hot Water Shield: (starting at $200)

• Inspect Exterior Access Panel and Door - check for damage, rust, and secure fit
• Flush and Descale the Water Heater Tank - remove sediment and mineral buildup to improve efficiency and prevent corrosion
• Flush Tankless Hot Water Heater - deep descale of tankless/on demand water heaters
• Inspect and Replace Anode Rod (if applicable) - check for wear and replace to protect the tank from internal corrosion
• Check Burner Tube and Orifice (Gas Units) - clean carbon buildup and ensure proper flame pattern
• Inspect Igniter and Electrodes - Test spark function and check for proper gap and alignment
• Check Gas Line and Connections - inspect for leaks, tight fittings, and secure mounting
• Test Electric Heating Element (if equipped) - ensure proper operation and continuity
• Inspect and Test Thermostat and ECO (Emergency Cut Off) - verify proper cycling and safety shutoff function
• Check Bypass Valves and Plumbing Connections - inspect for leaks, proper orientation, and functionality (especially before/after winterizing)
• Inspect and Reseal Exterior Housing (if needed) - check for cracks or deteriorated sealant that could allow water intrusion
• Test Water Heater Performance - verify consistent water temperature and function in gas and/or electric modes
• Check Pressure Relief Valve - ensure valve operates smoothly and isn't leaking or blocked
