WHAT WE INSPECT
- Exterior & Roof: Roof surface and sealants, sidewalls, doors, windows, vents, awnings, slide-outs, exterior components, and accessible areas for visible damage, deterioration, or indications of water intrusion
- Electrical Systems: 120V AC and 12V DC systems, converter, inverter when equipped, electrical panel, receptacles, GFCI protection, batteries, and related components
- Plumbing Systems: Fresh water and waste systems, plumbing fixtures, water heater, pumps, tanks, visible plumbing connections, and system operation
- HVAC & Appliances: Air conditioners, furnace, refrigerator, cooktop/range, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, and other installed appliances as applicable
- LP Gas System: Propane system inspection, pressure testing, leak/lock-up testing, appliances, and detector operation
- Life Safety Systems: Smoke, carbon monoxide and propane detectors, fire extinguisher, emergency exits, GFCI protection, hot-skin testing, and other applicable safety components
- Running Gear & Chassis: Tires, wheels, suspension, axles, hitch or towing components, undercarriage, and accessible chassis components
- Slide-Out Systems: Operation, seals, roofs, mechanisms, accessible wiring and utility connections
- Interior: Flooring, walls, ceilings, cabinetry, furniture, doors, windows, shades, lighting, entertainment systems, and visible signs of previous damage or water intrusion
- Generator: Operational and load testing when equipped
- Optional Fluid Analysis: Laboratory analysis of applicable engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, generator oil, and hydraulic fluid for motorized RVs

How much is an RV inspection?
RV inspection pricing depends on several factors—type, size, and age—as well as equipment such as the number of A/C units, slide-outs, and other complex systems. For example, an RV with one A/C and no slide-outs takes far less time to inspect than one with three A/C units and five slide-outs. Similarly, an older unit tends to have more issues and therefore takes more time to detail and document findings.
While every inspection is tailored to the RV, here are general starting prices:

Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheels, Class C Motorhomes:

20–35 feet – starting at $850
